The Samla 200 Race is open to Qatari nationals only. If a non-Qatari registers, the registration is void, the participant will not be allowed to race, and no refund will be issued. The organizer may verify nationality and identity using the submitted QID at any time before or during the event.

I confirm that all information I provide is true, accurate and complete. Registration is personal and may not be transferred to another person. False or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of registration or disqualification without refund.

All registration fees are final and non-refundable. This applies in all cases, including withdrawal, illness, injury, failure to attend, failure to meet eligibility requirements, disqualification, or changes to the course, schedule or format.

I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and adequately trained to take part in an extreme endurance event. I understand that the race involves serious risks, including injury, heat exposure, dehydration, harsh desert and sea conditions, and I voluntarily accept these risks. I agree to disclose any relevant medical condition to the organizer. I also agree to follow the instructions of medical staff, including any decision to withdraw me from the race.

To the extent permitted by law, I release Qatar Challenge Racing Club, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners and service providers from liability for any injury, loss, damage or theft arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

I agree to follow all race rules, mandatory equipment requirements, safety briefings and instructions from race officials. Decisions made by race officials are final. I agree to act with respect toward other participants, staff, volunteers and the environment. The organizer may disqualify or remove any participant for breach of the rules, unsafe behaviour or misconduct, without refund.

The organizer may change the course, date, timing, distance or format of the event, or postpone or cancel it. This may happen due to weather, safety concerns, instructions from authorities, force majeure or any other circumstance beyond its control. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

I grant Qatar Challenge Racing Club and Samla the full, irrevocable and royalty-free right to use my name, image, likeness and voice, as well as any photographs, videos and recordings taken before, during or after the event. These materials may be used on any platform or medium, including social media, websites, television, print, advertising and documentaries. This right applies worldwide, for an unlimited period, without compensation or further approval. It extends to the organizer's official partners and sponsors for event-related purposes.

The organizer collects my personal data, including my name, nationality, gender, date of birth, phone number, QID number and copy, and race-related information. This data is used for registration, identity and eligibility verification, safety and emergency response, timing and results, and event communications. It may be shared with the timing provider, medical and emergency services, relevant government authorities, and service providers where necessary to deliver the event. My name, category and results may be published publicly. My data will be stored securely, will not be sold, and will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. I may request access to or correction of my data by contacting the organizer.

I agree to receive event-related messages from the organizer by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Ticking the agreement box constitutes my full and binding acceptance of these terms. The organizer may update these terms, and the version published on samla.com.qa at the time of the event will apply.
